Once an order has been dropped off with the postal service it can no longer be cancelled and the item will need to be returned at customer expense to process a refund.
If your item arrives damaged please take clear photos of the damage and contact us immediately through our messaging service with photos attached.
For the safety of all aquatic pets we cannot accept a return if it has been submerged in your aquarium. Please be respectful to fellow hobbyists and do not try to return an item that you have used.
